The short version
We collect what you type into our contact form and use it to get back to you. We don't sell it. This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers and no tracking cookies.
This policy covers www.techsn.com, the website of Tech Solutions Now ("we" or "us").
What we collect
- When you send the contact form: your first and last name and email address, plus anything else you choose to give us: phone number, company name, the services you're interested in, and your message.
- When you visit any page: like every website, ours receives basic technical information with each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. Our hosting provider uses it to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We don't need sensitive information such as passwords, payment card numbers or Social Security numbers. Please don't send them through the form.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you, to follow up with you about our services, and to keep a record of our conversation. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Who else handles it
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing. A few service providers handle it for us, only to run this site and our business:
- Our website host, which serves the site and passes contact form messages to our CRM.
- Our customer relationship management (CRM) system, where contact form messages are stored so we can respond and keep track of our conversations.
- Google Fonts, which supplies the site's typefaces. Your browser downloads them from Google, so Google receives your IP address and browser details with that request. Google says no cookies are sent with Google Fonts requests.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't set cookies for tracking or advertising. Apart from the font requests described above, no outside company collects information about your activity on this site, and nothing here follows you to other websites.
Because we don't track visitors across websites, a browser's "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal doesn't change anything here. Every visitor gets the same no-tracking treatment.

- see the information we have about you,
- correct it, or
- ask us to delete it or to stop contacting you.
We'll respond within 30 days.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages for as long as we need them to work with you, or until you ask us to delete them.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, so what you send through the form is encrypted on its way to us. We store it in access-controlled systems and limit access to the people who need it.
Children
This site is for businesses. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
